Supply - IWScales has a vast range of equipment it can provide to new or existing customers. if you are unsure what product may best suit you then contact us for assistance.

Bespoke equipment - Cant find what you are looking for in our store? or you have an application that is more technical? Our design team can help with any and every application. Simply contact us to discuss your need and we will find the solution.

Installation - Our engineers are experienced and qualified to carry out on site installations to the highest standards. We offer this service to equipment brought from us however if you have purchased something else where we may still be able to help. If this is something you would wish to discuss further then please don't hesitate to contact us.

Engineering - We can provide an engineer to help with any particular job that you may have. We will need to discuss your requirements to ensure that this is something we can assist with.

Breakdowns & Repairs - if you have an issue with a piece of equipment our engineers can help rectify that issue to get you back up and running as soon as possible. if your operation is production critical we offer a 24hour 5 days a week call out cover that can utilised through a service contract. Please note that we are unable to provide the 24 hour cover unless you are in a service contract.

Calibrations - Calibration work is carried out by our experienced and fully trained engineers. We offer one of calibration visits or multiple visit contracts to suit your needs. Calibrations are done with weights which are tested, certified and traceable to National Trading Standards. All calibrations are supplied with a calibration certificate.
